Stop Dieting Group Program
This group program is designed for women with goals, big or small, who are ready to get off a diet permanently and take charge of their lives and health.
Similar to the one-on-one program, this 12-week program includes all of the material covered in the Stop Dieting Intensive, but in a group setting, with support and encouragement from your peers and me.
This program will teach you:
