As you enter into the weekend, why not take a minute and pay attention to the way you talk to yourself.

The things we repeat over and over again to ourselves matter because they become our belief.

Are you speaking to yourself with love, grace and compassion? Or are you beating yourself up?

Consider letting the voices in your head speak to you as your best friend or most trusted advisor. I bet those words would be positive. Why not let those affirmations stick and be the force from which you live?
