Hi, I’m Meg!
I have been in the fitness industry since 1990. I started teaching group fitness in college and created my own Personal Training business from there. I help women build stronger, more confident bodies one session at a time. Exercise is an excellent avenue for many women, but for some, there is work to be done before even stepping foot in the gym.
I became a Life Coach because I am passionate about nurturing the connection between your mindset and your goals. Putting together mental and physical work will have immeasurable results. I am eager to help you succeed in both.
